The Allendale Association-Grand Avenue and Offield Drive- Lake Villa, IL

Cook - Full Time

Duties: Effectively coordinate and prepare menu items, review menus, cook meals, properly label and store food, assist with line service, and deliver meals to affiliated facility.

Qualifications: . Must also have two years of cooking experience preferred; a high school diploma/GED; State of Illinois Sanitation Certificate or obtain one within 6 months of hire; a valid driver’s license; be able to stand on feet for long periods of time; and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hours: Exact hours to be discussed. Kitchen is open M-F 5:30am-6pm and Sat-Sun 9:30am-6pm. Weekend availability may be required. Weekend shift differential provided.
